This is a classic symptom of LED backlight failure. The image is actually there but too dark to see. We can replace the LED strips to restore the picture.
Do you repair cracked screens?
Unfortunately, replacing a cracked display panel often costs as much as a new TV (70-80% of TV value). We recommend buying a new TV in such cases unless it's a very high-end model.
Do you take the TV to the service center?
Most repairs like power supply or motherboard issues can be done at your home. For complex work like backlight change or bonding, we might need to transport it to our lab safely.
