Frequently Asked Questions

Why is my geyser giving electric shocks?

This is highly dangerous. It typically happens when the heating element ruptures and current leaks into the water, or due to improper earthing. Switch it off immediately and call us.

How often should I service my geyser?

We recommend a service once every 2 years, primarily to check the anode rod (anti-corrosion) and descale the tank to maintain heating efficiency.

Water is not heating enough?

If the water is lukewarm, it could be due to salt scaling on the heating element (insulating it) or a faulty thermostat cutting off power too early.
