What services does ApplianceCare provide?

We offer repair, installation, and maintenance services for a wide range of home appliances including Air Conditioners (AC), Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Microwave Ovens, LED TVs, Geysers, RO Water Purifiers, Kitchen Chimneys, and Treadmills. We also provide professional electrical works.

Which areas do you serve?

We currently serve the entire Delhi NCR region, including New Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon (Gurugram), Faridabad, and Ghaziabad. If you are located on the outskirts, please contact our support team to confirm availability.

Are your technicians verified?

Absolutely. Every technician at ApplianceCare undergoes a rigorous background check, police verification, and technical skills assessment. They are also trained in soft skills to ensure a professional and safe experience for you.

What are your operating hours?

Our technicians are available from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, 7 days a week. Our customer support lines are also open during these hours. You can book a service 24/7 via our website or WhatsApp.

Do you provide service on Sunday?

Yes! We understand that weekends are often the most convenient time for our customers. We provide full repair and installation services on Sundays and public holidays at no extra cost.

How do I book a service?

You can book a service by calling us directly at +91 9648703048, checking out via WhatsApp, or filling out the 'Contact Us' form on our website. We usually confirm appointments instantly.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes, you can reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time free of charge. Just give us a call, and we will find a slot that works better for you.

Do you offer same-day service?

In most cases, yes. If you book before 2 PM, we typically offer same-day diagnosis and repair. Availability depends on technician schedules in your specific area. We recommend booking a day in advance for guaranteed slot preference.

How long does a service take?

Standard diagnosis takes 15-30 minutes. Minor repairs are usually completed within 60 minutes. For major repairs involving part replacement (e.g., compressor change, PCB repair), it may take 24-48 hours depending on parts availability.


Pricing & Payment

What happens if I don't proceed with repair?

If you choose not to proceed with the repair after diagnosis, a minimal visiting/inspection charge (starting at ?199) is applicable to cover the technician's time and travel expenses. This is adjustable if you avail the service.

Do you accept online payments?

Yes, our technicians carry QR codes for UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm). We also accept cash after the service is completed satisfactorily.


Warranty Policy

Do you provide warranty on repairs?

Yes, we provide a 30-day service warranty on labour. For spare parts replaced by us, the warranty ranges from 30 days to 90 days depending on the part type and brand. You will receive a digital warranty card or invoice.
