1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and ApplianceCare ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the https://appliancecare.app website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").
You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
2. Service Policy
ApplianceCare provides third-party repair and maintenance services for home appliances. We are an independent service provider and are not directly affiliated with any manufacturing brands, unless explicitly stated.
- Our technicians will inspect the appliance and provide an estimate before starting work.
- Any extra spare parts required will be charged additionally as per actuals.
- We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of hazardous working conditions or abusive behavior.
3. Payments & Refunds
Visit Charges: A minimum visiting/diagnosis charge applies if you choose not to proceed with the repair after inspection. This charge covers the technician's time and travel.
Billing: Final payments must be made immediately upon completion of the service via Cash, UPI, or other digital modes accepted by the technician.
4. Warranty Terms
We stand by the quality of our work. Warranty coverage is as follows:

Note: Warranty is void if the appliance is opened or tampered with by any other technician or individual during the warranty period.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without any penalty up to 2 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the slot may attract a nominal cancellation fee at our discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event will we be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
